Environmental Management Support Services

Environmental services provided by IronPride include conducting comprehensive environmental compliance assessments; preparing environmental policies, compliance protocols and manuals; providing day-to-day regulatory support; tracking regulatory changes; developing environmental management systems such as those compliant with ISO 14001; providing permitting support; and developing and implementing training programs. The protocol documents, for example, are comprehensive in terms of federal, state, provincial and local regulatory requirements as well as guidance and industry codes of practice, as appropriate, and include readily understood questionnaires to support self-assessments.

IronPride has developed many policy documents and training programs to provide a foundation for client environmental compliance programs that address all federal environmental requirements including those set forth in the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act and Occupational Safety and Health Act.

IronPride can also assist clients to prepare for certification under various standards, including the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) environmental management system, ISO 14001. By working with an experienced team, we can strategize the most cost-effective program to develop an environmental management system appropriate for client needs and provide facets of implementation such as planning, initial reviews, gap analyses, documentation, training, and preparation for certification. Many of these environmental management systems have resulted in process improvements and cost reductions.
